Online Counseling Across Oregon
Weaving hope into healing.
Integrative body-based therapy for adults navigating life transitions, loss, and changes in health.
A place for clarity when life changes.
When life takes an unexpected turn, it takes time to understand what everything means and how it’s impacting you. This can affect your sense of self and belonging, leaving you wondering how to navigate the experience. Having room to make sense of what has changed, and what that means for you, is important. In my practice, I provide a safe and compassionate space to work through what’s happening, at your own pace.
If you feel like you are. . .
Navigating a life change and period of uncertainty without a clear roadmap.
Feeling burned out by your career and ready for a change.
Moving through grief and wanting to honor it as a natural process that unfolds in its own time.
Finding your footing with changes in your health that affect how you live, work, or see yourself.
Feeling unheard in medical settings, or worn down by managing your health.
Feeling like a different person after a loss or a major life transition.
Please note: I am not taking new clients at this time.
“The point of the journey is not just the healing. It’s also recovering the truest, spontaneous, joyful, and creative core of ourselves.”
~ Gloria Steinem

About my approach.
As a counselor, my approach is down-to-earth and supportive. I believe that being met with openness, without judgment, goes a long way toward healing — that idea is central to how I practice.
I specialize in working with adults navigating the twists and turns of life, loss, identity shifts, and living with a health condition or going through medical care. I support clients in connecting with themselves, their bodies, and their own voice amidst these experiences.
I work from a whole-person and body-based approach to counseling that focuses on nervous system regulation. My approach weaves talk therapy together with somatic and body-based work, paying particular attention to the relationship between the mind, body, and nervous system.
Serving adults online from Medford, Portland, Bend, and throughout Oregon.
Specializing in…
-
Some transitions are chosen, and others are not. Changes in relationships, work, family, location, identity, or health can leave you in a liminal space between what was and what comes next. Together, we can reflect on what’s changing and what you want to carry forward.
-
Grief can come from many kinds of loss, not only the death of a person you love. The death of a pet, changes in relationships, work, health, identity, or the life you expected can also be an impactful loss. Therapy can offer a place to acknowledge what has been lost, make room for what you’re feeling, and find your way through.
-
Changes in health and engaging in medical care can affect far more than your body. They can alter relationships, work, identity, daily life, and the way you understand and feel about yourself. Healing can involve processing your experiences and recovering your sense of agency and self.
