Insurance

Insurance Plans: I am in network with PacificSource, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, and AllCare (OHP) insurance. I will begin accepting Moda insurance in February 2025. Due to licensure laws, I work with clients who are residents of Oregon and Washington and are physically located in either state at time of service.

Out of Network: I do not provide superbills or submit claims to insurance for out of network insurance reimbursement.

Insurance Benefits: I require that clients contact their insurance company prior to their first appointment to confirm that I am in network with their specific plan, that their coverage includes telehealth services, and co-pay, remaining deductible, and out of pocket max/ amount remaining. My office completes a benefits check as well, but clients are responsible for understanding their benefits and for the bill for services at my regular rate (see above) if insurance declines coverage at any time.
